Returns & Exchanges Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packaged with all original tags and dust bags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
- Initiate Your Return: Visit mireiabags.com/returns-portal
- Print Your Label: A prepaid return label will be provided
- Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible
- Drop Off: Take to any authorized carrier location
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers: Refunds exclude customs/duties
Exchanges
For size/color exchanges:
- Return the original item using standard process
- Place a new order for your preferred item
- Email us at [email protected] for price adjustments on sale items
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Used or damaged merchandise
Faulty Items
For manufacturing defects:
- Do not use returns portal
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos/videos of the defect
- We’ll cover all return shipping costs
International Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Allow 2-3 weeks for international returns processing
